Snow...?

So Christmas is in 8 days... went to a Christmas party last night, it was fun. We don't have much snow on the ground and its +8°C outside and there is a Chinook blowing, so the snow we do have is melting fast. Hope it snows in time for the 25th, I want to go snowshoeing on Boxing Day!

Remembering

I've spent a lot of today thinking about her, missing her. Just reminiscing about what a wonderful lady she was. Just wish I could have been able to have more time with her. I wish she could have been here for longer. To see all of her family grow and change. Two years seems to have passed so quickly. It seems only this morning I was being woken up by my dad telling me she had passed. After years of battling cancer she finally succumbed to it. Words cannot describe how much I miss her. I miss you Grandma ♥

What a View!

I saw the most beautiful view the other morning driving home. It was a crisp morning and I could see the mountains perfectly. The range just went on forever stretching North. It was like a scene from a movie. Just gorgeous snow-capped peaks! Makes me realize what a wonderful part of Canada I live in and I'm very thankful I only live an hours drive from those mountains. Can't wait for my first snowshoeing trip of the season!
